We understand mistakes happen. If your package is returned because of a wrong or incomplete address, we’ll happily resend it. A small redelivery fee may apply, so be sure to double-check your details at checkout.
We wish that you love our products, however we do have a 14 days return policy should you want to return any or all of your order. We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order for unopened, unused products. Read our Return Policy for more details.

Once we have reviewed your proof, you will be categorized as a Follizin Professional account. Yes! Our skin-friendly formulas are SLS, SLES, parabens and alcohol free, making them ideal for daily use.
No, Follizin does not test products on animals.
We recommend storing your products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Prolonged exposure to sunlight or heat may alter the scent or viscosity of the product. Also, ensure the bottles are tightly closed after each use to keep the products fresh.
Instead of traditional expiry dates, all Follizin products are labeled with batch numbers. For optimal product quality, we recommend using them within 24 months after opening.
We use many naturally sourced ingredients, and the different harvesting seasons and origins of these ingredients can result in slight variations in color, scent, and viscosity between batches.
These natural variations do not affect the product’s quality or effectiveness — instead, they highlight our commitment to keeping formulas authentic, without relying heavily on artificial colorants, fragrances, or stabilizers.
The Cleanser is suitable for all types of scalp and hair conditions. If you have an oily scalp, it is recommended to wash 1 – 2 times a day; while people with normal scalp conditions, washing once a day is sufficient; and those with dry scalp can wash on alternate days.
Absolutely, in fact we recommend young children to use this as it does not contain strong surfactants such as SLS, SLES or parabens. Studies have shown that SLS and SLES can cause increased skin sensitivity and damage to the skin barrier.
In fact, we highly recommend using Balancing Moisturizer on oily scalps to create better hydrolipid conditions for healthy hair growth, as a lack of moisture on the scalp will trigger even more sebum production.
Since hair loss can be caused by a combination of factors—such as environmental stressors, lifestyle habits, and genetics—and these factors often persist or worsen with age, it's important to continue using IFE/EGA consistently. Regular use helps protect new hair growth, minimize further loss, and maintain a healthy scalp environment. With its age-freeze properties, it also supports the youthful vitality of your scalp skin over time.
Upon stopping, your scalp can once again be affected by the same factors that contributed to hair loss and thinning—such as stress, lifestyle, genetics, or environmental damage—and even new ones that may develop over time. As a result, the newly grown hair can become vulnerable to premature shedding within 3 to 4 months. Without continued care, the scalp skin will also start to show signs of aging, such as reduced firmness and vitality.
There are no harmful side effects from using IFE/EGA scalp serums. Our formulas are free from drugs, parabens, alcohol, artificial fragrance, and coloring—making them safe and gentle for regular use.
