Shipping Rates
Follizin only ships within the United States and to Canada at the moment. All packages are shipped via USPS.
Kindly note that items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Follizin.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Kindly provide a physical address.

How long will my order take to process?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders that are placed on Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following week.
After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 3-5 business days, and 6-10 business days to Canada.
Please keep in mind that during holidays or sale periods, these times may vary.
Returns/Exchanges
Return Policy
All returns must be sent to us within 14 days of receiving the order. Your Follizin order number must be provided in order for us to process the return. We will gladly issue a refund if the return conditions (see below) have been met. However, please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Before returning your order, please email us at customercare@follizin.com to inform us which product(s) you would like to return. Please also include the following in your email:
- Order number
- Name
- Mailing address
- Email address used for your Follizin account
- Contact number
- Upon receiving your email, our team will send you a Return Form along with the return address. Complete the form and ship your returns to us using a carrier of your choice. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and using a suitable shipping box for your return. Follizin is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in transit.
- Returns will usually be processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the parcel.
- We will refund the original purchase price to the original form of payment within 3 business days of processing the return. However, we apologise that we are unable to refund shipping charges.

Return Conditions
- Products must be purchased directly from follizin.com. We will not provide refunds for Follizin products purchased at other retailers. Only products purchased on follizin.com may be returned for refund.
- Products must be returned in its original condition – unopened, unused, undamaged and in their original outer packaging, which must remain sealed and unopened.
- Products returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to you.
