Which countries do you ship to?

Follizin.com currently ships within the United States and to Canada.

Follizin products are also available in Singapore, China, Malaysia, Thailand and Hong Kong via our local brand partners/distributors/retailers. Please check our contact us page for more information.

We are working hard to bring Follizin products to many more countries. Keep a lookout!

What currency do I pay in?

You will be charged in US Dollars for all purchases made on follizin.com.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept online payments through Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system via Stripe.

Can I cancel/change my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or change an order after it has been placed.

Can I return my order?

We wish that you love our products, however we do have a 14 days return policy should you want to return any or all of your order. We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order for unopened, unused products. Read our Return Policy for more details.

Can I exchange my product?

We apologize but we currently do not offer exchanges. You can return the product and place another order for the product you prefer.

Do you accept backorders for products that are out-of-stock?

We do not accept backorders. However, you may add the product(s) into your wish list, and we will notify you when the product(s) is back in stock.

I have not received an order confirmation, what should I do?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at customercare@follizin.com.

My items arrived damaged.

In the unlikely event of receiving damaged products, please contact us immediately, within 3 days of receiving your order, at customercare@follizin.com. Provide us with your order number and photos of the damaged product(s). Our team will be happy to assist you.

I received the incorrect product(s).

We apologise for the inconvenience. Please contact us at customercare@follizin.com within 3 days of receiving your order, and provide us with your order number and photos of your parcel. Our team will be happy to assist you.

Discount Codes

In order to enjoy a promotion, the discount code must be entered in the discount box at follizin.com checkout page before you confirm the order. You must be logged into your account to apply the code to your order. Discounts cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed.

My Follizin Account

Do I have to set up an account to place an order?

Yes, you will be required to set up an account to place an order.

For professionals, you will be required to email us your proof of business (e.g. namecard/business social accounts/salon images etc.) after you have registered with us. Once we have reviewed your proof, you will be categorized as a Follizin Professional account. With a professional account, you will gain access to the professional page where the professional products and education materials are available. Please email your business information to enquiry@follizin.com.

How do I subscribe or cancel my email subscription?

You can join our mailing list by entering your email at the subscription box located at the footer of follizin.com. If you want to cancel/unsubscribe, you can click unsubscribe by locating the "Unsubscribe" link within the email subscription.

Are my personal information kept private?

Please be assured that all personal information will be kept private and confidential, and your information will only be shared with third parties (delivery carriers) where they abide by applicable data protection legislation.

Where are your products manufactured?

Follizin products are developed and manufactured in the United States.

Are your products safe?

Our products are SLS, SLES, parabens and alcohol free, making them suitable for daily use.

Do you test products on animals?

Follizin do not test products on animals. 

How should I store my Follizin products?

We recommend storing your products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Long term exposure to sunlight/heat can cause a change in the scent or viscosity of the product. We also recommend to make sure the bottles are closed after every use to make sure the products stay “fresh”.

Where are the expiry dates for Follizin products indicated at?

All Follizin products are coded with batch numbers instead of expiry dates. However, it is recommended that the products be used within 24 months after opening for best product quality.

Why are there differences in color/scent?

We use a lot of naturally sourced ingredients in our products. The different harvesting seasons and places of origin for these ingredients may result in slight differences in color, scent and viscosity of the products from different batches.

What type of hair is suitable to use The Cleanser?

The Cleanser is suitable for all types of scalp and hair conditions. If you have an oily scalp, it is recommended to wash 1 – 2 times a day; while people with normal scalp conditions, washing once a day is sufficient; and those with dry scalp can wash on alternate days.

Are The Cleanser and The Moisturizer safe for young children to use?

Absolutely, in fact we highly recommend young children to use this as it does not contain strong surfactants such as SLS, SLES or parabens. Research have shown that SLS and SLES can accumulate in the skin, destroying the skin’s natural protection.

I do not have oily scalp can I still use Balancing Cleanser?

Absolutely. Everyone can still benefit from the positive effects of the Hydrolipid Balancing Technology of the Balancing Cleanser.

My scalp is very oily, do I still need to use Balancing Moisturizer on my scalp?

In fact, we highly recommend using Balancing Moisturizer on oily scalps to create better hydrolipid conditions for healthy hair growth, as a lack of moisture on the scalp will trigger even more sebum production.

How long do I need to use Intensive Follicle Energizer (IFE)?

As the causes of hair loss are multiple, and will continue to appear or even worsen as we age, it is important to continue using IFE/Elixir to help protect the new hair growth and control the loss. Using it regularly will also help maintain the youth of the scalp skin with its age-freeze properties.

What will happen when I stop using IFE completely?

Upon stopping, the follicles can once again be affected by the same and possibly new causes that affected the hair loss and thinning in the first place. The newly grown hair are then susceptible to premature loss as a result of the causes in 3 – 4 months, and the scalp skin will continue to age and loosen. 

Are there any side effects from using IFE?

Some people may experience slight itching and flaking, while some may even have small red bumps on the scalp during the first few weeks. Itching can result from the improved blood circulation at the hair follicles, while flaking or red bumps are usually due to the renewal effect on the scalp skin to improve the scalp condition.
